We want you to be completely satisfied with your ferm LIVING purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team or visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to request a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Carefully pack the products in their original boxes with all protective internal packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
